Cancellation Policy

• Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.
• If delivery is refused, no refund will be issued (unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be discarded).
 • In some cases, we may be able to contact the carrier and route the shipment back to our warehouse. If this is possible, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.

Return Policy

We offer a 10-day return policy from the date you receive your item. To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received — unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Damaged or defective items: Eligible for free replacement when reported immediately with photos.
• Non-defective items: Customer is responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees (depending on the product).
• Certain items are non-returnable: clearance/final sale items, custom orders, personalized products, and hazardous or flammable materials.

Important: If original packaging is too damaged, a sturdy replacement box must be used (no longer than 108 inches; FedEx/UPS limit 150 lbs; excludes LTL/freight items). Refund processing time is 7-10 days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping and providing tracking information once the item is shipped back. In some cases, we may be able to arrange shipping for you — if so, the cost will be deducted from your refund.

• UPS/FedEx deliveries: Print the provided label and drop off at a local facility.
• Large, heavy, or fragile items: Customer must coordinate pickup with the carrier.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve it quickly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your product and place a new order once your return is accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
